ABOUT

Hi, I’m Amy Tuski.

Licensed professional counselor, expressive arts guide, and lifelong educator with a heart for helping women, mothers, and helpers reconnect with themselves through creativity and compassion.

After two decades in K–12 schools and years of private practice,

I built Flutter & Fly With Grace as a space where healing can feel soft, playful, brave, and beautiful.

My work integrates expressive arts, mindfulness, trauma-informed care, bibliotherapy, and gentle creative ritual. Every offering — whether a workshop, art kit, retreat, or circle — is designed to help you breathe, reflect, release, find joy, and become.

This work is personal for me. Creativity healed me when words weren’t enough. Nature held me when life felt too heavy. And community helped me rise again and again. Now I offer those same pathways to others.

All workshops and small retreats take place in my private healing studio in Springfield, Oregon. The space is intimate, cozy, and intentionally designed for rest, reflection, and creative becoming. Directions are shared after registration.

Meet Aspen

Aspen is our professional therapy dog, gentle companion, joy-bringer, and the heart of the healing studio.

She is a golden retriever with short legs, a soft spirit, and the gift of helping people feel safe the moment she enters the room. Aspen supports children, adults, women in circles, and families in creative community work.

Aspen will soon be the star of her own children’s book and kindness activities.

Our Philosophy

At Flutter & Fly With Grace, we value slowness, presence, curiosity, and the courage it takes to become who you were meant to be. Here, you can come exactly as you are — tender, tired, hopeful, unsure — and you are welcome.
