A Restorative Nature Retreat for Women Educators

Gather & Grow

“Stress is contagious, so if you want to give your best to those around you,
take out time to Retreat.”

~ Pico Iyer

Retreat Overview

Gather & Grow offers women educators space to rekindle their spark before the school year begins. Surrounded by forest and firelight, we’ll slow down through reflection, creative practice, gentle movement, guided meditation, and meaningful conversation — tending the inner warmth that first called us to this work.

After a year of holding so much for others, this retreat creates intentional space to exhale, reconnect, and return grounded and steady for the year ahead.

This retreat is intentionally limited to 15 paid participants to preserve depth, spaciousness, and connection.

Gather & Grow is designed exclusively for women currently working in education or directly serving within school systems.

Meet Your Facilitators

Amy Tuski, MEd, LPC

Amy Tuski is a licensed professional counselor, former educator, international presenter, creator of Flutter & Fly With Grace, and the host of Gather & Grow retreats. Her retreats weave together creativity, reflection, and community to help women reconnect with their voice, purpose, and joy.

Through expressive arts, storytelling, nature, service projects, and gentle wellness practices, Amy invites participants to slow down, reconnect with what matters most, and explore their own becoming in a supportive circle.

Rooted in the philosophy of Flutter & Fly With Grace, her work is guided by four principles: building community, igniting the spirit, nourishing the soul, and embracing creativity.

Amy’s work is rooted in trauma-informed education and group facilitation, creating environments where participants feel safe, welcomed, and inspired to grow.

Amber Shoshin, BS, RYT

Amber Shoshin is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor and an educator offering gentle, accessible movement practices designed to support nervous system regulation and embodied restoration. She will be a guest facilitator offering sessions that include grounding, breath-work, light stretching, and opportunities to turn inward — no prior yoga experience necessary. Modifications and supportive options (including chair-based movement and props such as blocks) are always available to ensure participants feel safe, comfortable, and supported.

Additional facilitator support may be added as the retreat evolves.
