A Restorative Nature Retreat for Women Educators

Gather & Grow

“Stress is contagious, so if you want to give your best to those around you,
take out time to Retreat.”

~ Pico Iyer

Arrive exactly as you are. Be held in community. Leave renewed.

Gather & Grow offers women educators space to rekindle their spark before the school year begins. Surrounded by forest and firelight, we’ll slow down through reflection, creative practice, gentle movement, guided meditation, and meaningful conversation — tending the inner warmth that first called us to this work.

After a year of holding so much for others, this retreat creates intentional space to exhale, reconnect, and return grounded and steady for the year ahead.

This retreat is intentionally limited to 15 paid participants to preserve depth, spaciousness, and connection.

Gather & Grow is designed exclusively for women currently working in education or directly serving within school systems.

Located at the Stunning Tipi Village Retreat

Nestled in the forests of Marcola, Oregon, Tipi Village Retreat is a stunning, secluded property that blends rustic charm with natural beauty. With cozy tipis, private suites, a shared bathhouse, open meadows, a magical creek, and evening campfire spaces, it offers everything we need to slow down, breathe deeply, and feel held by the land.

Art is simply a form of tangible love.
